Players: 3+ This is an old, well known, simple game. It goes like this. Everyone bounces, hitting the tramp at the same time counting, 1... 2... 3. After the #3 count everyone does a bum drop at the same time. The last person hitting the tramp flies up in the air. Quite fun. You can also play 123 back drop. Players: 1-6+ Object: have fun Materials: your shoes
Everyone takes off their shoes and puts them on the tramp, double bounce the shoes. If someone is not on the tramp they can throw the shoes that fall off back onto the tramp. Players: 2+ Object: kick shoes at each other
Take a ton of shoes and put them on the tramp. Then jump on the tramp and kick shoes at each other. You can keep score if you want to but it's more fun to not. Players: 2 at a time Object: beat your opponent
Most people have played this game with their hands. This is that, except full sized. Players jump up and down on the tramp hitting the tramp at the same time. On the first bounce, when they're in the air they both say rock. Next bounce: paper. Next bounce: scissors. Then they move themselves into one of these positions. Rock: back drop holding onto their knees. Paper: spread out back drop or belly drop, or scissors: bum drop with legs spread like scissor blades. Rock beats scissors, scissors beats paper, paper beats rock. Players: 2+ Object: Get, and stay out of the middle.
The person in the middle lies on his stomach and tries to trip the others. When tripped, they become the snake. Players: 3+ Object: Stay in the game by following the leader. Materials: chalk Divide the tramp equally into however many players there are. Players: 3+ Object: Get to be the next gorilla.
This is just basically Simon Says. One person starts as the Gorilla. He/She starts bouncing in a circle around the tramp (still on the tramp). The others follow. The Gorilla will do something. If the Gorilla says follow Gorilla before he does his thing, and you don't do what he does, you are eliminated. If the Gorilla does not say follow Gorilla before he does his thing, and you Do what he is doing, then you are eliminated. The last person left gets to be the next gorilla. Players: 3+ Object: Don't let the player in the middle get the ball (or water balloon)
One person goes in the middle; the other people stand on the tramp around the "piggy". They throw a ball back and forth. If the piggy catches the ball then the person who threw the ball switches places with the piggy. For large groups have the throwers stand off of the tramp, and have 2 piggies. Players: 3+ Object get and stay out of the middle. Materials: chalk
Draw a circle in the middle of the tramp. On person is the alligator, he lies on his stomach and tries to drag players who are walking around the outside into the middle. If you are dragged into the circle you become the alligator. Players: 2+ Object: Get your opponent to spell HORSE
Start the Game by one person doing a trick. This person has to call his trick, and if he doesn't do it his first try then it's the next persons turn to do a trick. If he does successfully complete his trick then the next person has to try that trick. If he fails he gets a letter (H first, then O, R etc.). If he succeeds then the next person tries it. If everyone succeeds then the first person does another trick. Players: 2+ Object: get and stay out of the middle
The person in the middle is the log, staying on his back, belly or sides, he has to trip the others to put them in the middle. Players: 3 or 4+ Object: Be the team with the most runs around the tramp.
One team will be the runners. They stand at the warning tag. The other Team selects one person to be the tackler. On Go, one member of the runners runs around the edge of the tramp (on the tramp) then tags the next teammate standing at the warning tag. This goes on for as long as possible. The tackler from the other team goes on his/her knees and tries to bring the runners down so that they cant tag their teammate. The runners keep track of how many runs they have made around the tramp before they were tackled. For 3 players, have one tackler and alternate teams. Players: 3 or 4+ Object: Be the team with the most runs around the tramp.

Players: 2+ Object: flip the person in the middle from their back to their stomach.
One person lays in the middle with his/her hands at her/his sides. All other players are double bouncers. They have to double bounce the person in the middle so that he/she flips from back to stomach. The person in the middle is not allowed to use hands to keep him/herself from flipping over Players: 2+ Object: Double bounce the person in the middle so he/she gets "cracked".
One person sits cross legged in the middle of the trampoline, grabbing his/her crossed feet with his/her hands. All other players double bounce the egg. Once the egg has become "cracked" meaning that the person lets go of his/her feet, and uncrosses his/her legs; then a new person becomes the egg. Players: 2+ Object: Dbl bounce the person in the middle so that they have to stiffen and use their muscles.
One person lies in the middle of the tramp, and goes completely limp. The others Dbl bounce the person in the middle. If the person in the middle stiffens up, and it's obvious they used their arm, leg, or stomach muscle. Then they lose and another person goes in the middle. The raggedy ann has to be honest. Players: 2 Object: Eat the Grapes (or other food)
Drop 1-5 grapes on the tramp. One person is the eater, he/she is not allowed to touch the food with his/her hands. The other person lightly dbl bounces the eater and the grapes. The eater has to try and eat the grapes. Players: 2 or 3 Object: Beat your opponent in a head to head challenge.
Start the game by saying together "1 2 3 4 I declare a back war" (or knee war etc.) Then for a back war, your first bounce you will land on your back and the 2nd you land on your feet. The 3rd you land on your back, and the 4th you land on your feet. Keep going like this, until someone messes up by landing on their back or feet, twice in a row. For a knee war ,substitute knee for back. Players: 3+ Object: be the first one to lie down perfectly after you hear the word sticks.
Okay this may seem like a dumb game, when I made it I thought it would be dumb and play it like once. But surprisingly it has become a favourite, among quite a few people I know; probably because it takes next to no energy and involves quick reflexes. Everyone stands on the tramp with their hands at their sides. On of the people is the leader, they may want to tell a story, or just say random words. When the people hear the word stick or sticks, they all throw them selves down, and try to lay perfectly still and flat. The last person who is still moving, loses, and becomes the leader. If everyone throws themselves down on a word that is not stick or sticks, then the last person to stand back up loses. Words like stickers, and sticking, don't count. The players may try to fake each other out.
